HI-TECH VIRGO TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT was established in 2015 by a well trained and experienced traffic safety practitioner Mr Siyabonga Shandu, HTVM is a KZN (Durban) based Company whose mission is to become one of the largest Traffic Safety Company servicing the South Africa as a whole.
The unit is responsible for building and maintaining a content working relationship with clients. This serves as an internal and wagon in each project.
It is our norm to get the facts about matters surrounding each project that we undertake to tailor-make the delivery to the unique needs of each client. This unit is mainly responsible for projects that have a major research component.
